Drop Box

You can drop your utility payment off at the Village Hall in the payment drop box. We have a Drive-Thru drop box located at the exit of the Park/Office parking lot and we also have a walk-up drop box located in the door on the Monroe St. Entrance.

Auto-Pay ACH

You can elect to have your utility payment automatically debited from your checking or savings account on the 28th of each month. You must complete and return the enrollment form to get started. This option is free to our customers.

Online

 

 

You can View and/or Pay your Utility Bill balance online using Illinois ePay . You can register the first time you visit Illinois ePay or you can make a One-Time-Payment. You will need to know your account number. Fees will apply if using this service, eCheck however is only $.50 while credit card fees are percentage based . If you pay by dropping in payment drop box or by mailing it may take up to 7 days for your payment to be reflected on your online balance.

You can also use this service for Zoning/Inspection, UTV Permits and Pavilion Rental fees.
